About us

Philipp is a property manager who helps property owners to rent their property safely. Starting with consultation for the purchase of the right property, through the creation of the portfolio and the forecast of potential income and expenses.

Before taking over the company from his grandfather, Philipp gained some experience in the hotel and catering industry in renowned hotels and restaurants in Switzerland and Germany. He built up his own small boat maintenance business at very young age.
