The 130 square meter, very tastefully furnished penthouse apartment in Puerto de Santiago in a prime location offers you beautiful, unrestricted views of the ocean on one level. On a clear day, the neighboring island of La Gomera can be seen in the distance. The high-quality equipment of the apartment and its unique location will inspire you! On the two spacious terraces with a total area of approx. 70 square meters you can enjoy magical sunsets and absolute peace and quiet. Views of the sea, the cliffs and the communal pool. Three awnings provide sufficient shade at all times. In the morning you will be woken up by a wonderful sunrise. The two bedrooms with large double beds have fitted wardrobes and blackout curtains and offer direct access to the terrace. Both bathrooms have a shower, one bathroom also has a bathtub and a bidet. The large, open dining and living room also has direct access to the terrace. Smart TV is available. The apartment has free high-speed WiFi (fiber optic). The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, oven, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, various spices, dishwasher, washing machine etc. In just a few minutes' walk you can reach the black beaches of Los Gigantes and Playa de la Arena. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are excellent restaurants, bars and supermarkets for everyday needs. Apartment (previously used exclusively by the owner) and the entire complex including the pool are well maintained and equipped. You can park your vehicle in the closed underground car park with its own parking space. From there, an elevator takes you to the sixth floor.
The apartment complex includes a spacious communal swimming pool, a children's pool, a whirlpool and free sun loungers and parasols. The complex is guarded 24 hours a day.
