On 11th March the World Health Organisation (WHO) declared the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19) a global pandemic. Since then the virus has spread rapidly. This has prompted governments around the world to act quickly to slow
the spread of COVID-19.
In response, we are providing the following coverage for bookings affected by COVID-19 as part of our Special Circumstances Policy to protect our guests and staff and provide greater clarity.
Cancellation policy and special circumstances policy:
Bookings of accommodation with Vitacrab S.L.U. made on or before 14 March 2020 and whose check-in date or date is between 14 March 2020 and 14 April 2020 are covered by the policy and may be cancelled before check-in or before the
start of the holiday. Guests who cancel will receive a full refund.
For bookings made after March 14, 2020 and for bookings made on or before March 14, 2020 with a check-in date or start date after April 14, 2020, the regular cancellation policy in our contract terms will apply.
The special circumstances policy does not apply if a booking has already been made (i.e. if the check-in date or start date is in the past).
